We use this information only to verify eligibility, manage your rental, communicate with you, and meet legal and insurance requirements.

Verification partners

Identity, driving record, and background checks are performed by third-party providers. Raw documents are held by those providers; Dash Rides stores only the result and a reference.

Vehicle telematics

Rented vehicles carry GPS and diagnostic devices. By renting, you consent to location and trip data being collected for fleet safety, recovery, and maintenance, as described in your rental agreement.

Messaging

If you contact us by text or social messaging, you may interact with an automated assistant. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
